Khloe Kardashian, Lamar Odom: Happily Dodging Divorce Rumors

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom usually seem to be one news story away from divorce or a split. However, this couple has managed to weather each break up rumor with a smile to quell the naysayers.

Having only dated for one month before they married, Khloe and Lamar’s relationship has always been under the microscope. Public speculation about the authenticity of their union arose almost immediately thanks to the fact that their relationship and marriage played out on the wildly popular reality show “Keeping Up With The Kardashians.” To some, the Odoms seemed like another reality television (TV) couple seeking publicity.

However, one thing that has separated the Odoms from other reality TV couples is their commitment to their marriage over the quest for fame. The couple put their reality TV show “Khloe and Lamar” on indefinite hold to allow Lamar to focus on his basketball career. And while they have joint business ventures such as their fragrance Unbreakable, they are sure to maintain their separate careers. Balancing work and play seem to work well for this couple in helping them maintain their bond.

Recent rumors about Khole and Lamar divorcing stem from issues of infertility that Mrs. Odom has bravely documented during a few episodes of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.” During the season finale, a visit with a fertility specialist revealed that Khloe was not ovulating.

Although Khloe has been open in her fertility struggle and is very active on her Twitter account engaging fans and not shying away from the break-up rumors, the couple isn’t an open book. As a matter of fact, in their everyday lives it’s been reported that the couple is very private. “Despite what people may think, Lamar and Khloe live private lives. They do reality shows and things like that but once the cameras are off, they’re very private. They really don’t have many people, other than their families, in their lives. They are fine and are 100-percent not divorcing.”
