Jennifer Lopez Cries At Concert But NOT Over Marc Anthony, Diddy & Ben

Update-Jennifer Lopez cries at concert: did she or didn’t she? Over the weekend, Jennifer Lopez may have cried at a concert in Connecticut at the Mohegan Sun casino, but the reasons are up for grabs. The reasons behind her breakdown has changed a few times from her old lovers, Criss Judd, Diddy, Ben Affleck and Marc Anthony to her family including her twins and mother Guadalupe.

So which was it? After the show, Access Hollywood, caught up with the American Idol judge and asked what exactly made her so emotional after performing her new song, Until it Beats No More.

“After I sang the song, I’m standing there, and I realized that I did bare a little bit of my thoughts in this song. I also acted it out, kind of, for the audience. The way they received it was very touching.”
Jennifer continued by explaining how she felt in tune with the crowd;

“I think that they felt what I felt, which is, you know, I’m just a girl, just like everybody else, trying to find my way. I felt like they got that, and they understood it, and we were all like one at that moment.”

But Courant.com stated that despite the touching reenactment of her former lovers by actors, JLO’s exit from the stage was routine.

TMZ claims Jenny from the Block was emotional because a jumbo screen displayed a picture of her twins Emme and Max. If reliving your previous tumultuous relationships weren’t enough just throw in some adorable kids to take it over the top.

Extra‘s Maria Menounos had yet another reason for the breakdown, JLo’s mother. Jennifer tells Maria “I didn’t see her the whole time until this one moment, and I was a bit emotional.”

Our verdict: Jennifer did get emotional and all three factors contributed with Diddy, Criss, Ben and Marc lighting the flame.
