Janet Jackson was a vision in green as she posed for the November issue of Harper’s Bazaar in a shoot which celebrates this month’s Abu Dhabi Formula 1 and the impending 40th anniversary of the UAE.

Janet’s shoot, which was shot by photographer Alan Gelati and styled by Sally Matthews, culminates her Australia tour which was originally rescheduled so she could be with her family during the Conrad Murray trial for the death of Michael Jackson.

Janet Jackson arrived in Queensland, Australia this past Tuesday where she decided to commit to the upcoming week’s dates, even though the Conrad Murray trial is still pending. According to her website, the Number Ones: Up Close and Personal Australian Tour will proceed as planned for dates originally slated for later in the week.

Janet Jackson is scheduled to perform at the Gold Coast Convention Center this evening before heading to Melbourne for a show at Rod Laver Arena on Thursday 3rd November.

Janet has been a steady fixture in the Conrad Murray trial where her brother’s former doctor is on trial for involuntary manslaughter. According to the examiner, Janet, who had originally suspended the tour to monitor the case feels more comfortable returning to the stage because the trial is nearing it’s end. The case is expected to end within the next two days and be handed to the jury for deliberation; Janet decided to fulfill her tour obligations hoping to stay abreast of the impending verdict while indulging her loyal fans as best she can.
