Rihanna continues to drop single after single on from her LOUD album. Just wrapping up her LOUD tour Rihanna tweeted to her Navy fans: “#LOUDtour N.America was phenomenal!!! Truly an unforgettable experience! Never felt this close to you…thank you lovers! #RihannaNavy,”
Shortly after Rihanna tweeted: “#RihannaNavy Cheers to you!” Referring to her new single “Cheers (Drink to That)”. A single to close out the summer perhaps? The track samples Avril Lavigne’s “I’m With You” and gives her listeners the right to cheer up their life with another round.
Rihanna will likely have to follow her own advice as the suit against her by photographer David LaChapelle for her “S&M” video will likely go to trial.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, a New York federal judge dismissed some allegations but believed LaChapelle had enough evidence to move forward with his allegations of copyright infringement.
Rihanna also covered the September issue of Glamour magazine and signed on to be the new face of Armani lingerie earlier this month – something tells us Rihanna has more to cheer about than not. Check out the audio of “Cheers (Drink to That) below:
